An alcoholic beer taster who consumed more than a quart of beer per day was awarded almost $50,000 from a Brazilian court. Strange, but true! His claim is that the company did not facilitate the proper health measures to protect him from developing alcoholism. I'm sure he knew the "nature of the brew," so to speak. So why place the blame on the employer? I think this is just another frivolous lawsuit.
