Ok, I admit it. I'm not the most adventurous person when it comes to food. I could give you a pretty good sized list of things that I won't touch or that I need to smell before eating.

Yes, I smell strange food. It's my defense mechanism.

Some of you may think I'm a little nuts, but I know there are others who know exactly what I'm talking about!

It takes a special person to be part of the Grown Up Picky Eaters Club. Would you make the cut?

I used to be a fussy eater. Until the age of 12 I would only eat cereal, sausages and fruit. What changed was taht, at 12 years old and flushed with hormones, my mother told me I would never be able to date if I was that fussy! It worked! I will eat anything now! The important thing is that she was totally right; I would never date a fussy eater and find it incredibly unattractive. It's time to grow up folks!
