We have all been through this when you send your spouse or partner to the supermarket and they come home with less food but an expensive grocery bill. I have been there and it can be frustrating! If you do not believe me, read on. According to the article men shop inefficiently, which leads to missed sales for retailers. Many men have difficulty finding items, fore go buying rather than risk purchasing a substitute for an item on the grocery list, and hesitate to ask for help if they can't find an item. So should we send our men with a budget, shopping list and calculator? Or do we trust their good judgment?

My hubby did all the shopping for a while. He is better with coupons and sales then I am, the problem he has, is buying stuff he thinks we like. He buys my daughter cookies, but she doesn't eat cookies. Or for me Fat Free cookies, which are not helpful for losing weight. Then would wonder why I wasn't losing after buying sausage and no veggies?
