Just when you thought of every excuse possible to justify unhealthy eating, there is one more.
Did you know that caffeine can affect your mood, food cravings or give you a headache? Now whether you get one or all 3 side effects is dependent on your gender. Ladies, if you are like me and you feel like you can’t think or function properly without your morning coffee, we now have an excuse...it's in our genes.

What an exciting thought...being able to form your proper menu based on genetics. In the meantime, give your coworker, spouse, family their space because that first cup of coffee can set the tone for their whole day.
