An injectable oil known as synthol is being used by bodybuilders to enhance the size and appearance of their muscles -- a practice known as "fluffing." Unlike steroids that help to increase muscle mass, synthol just makes your muscles look bigger. Basically, it's a super shortcut to getting massive, and the people who use it end up looking more like freaks than anything else.
