A Trans Fat That is Good? Go figure!

It seems there is a NATURAL trans fat. Scientists say it’s not the same as partially hydrogenated oils, which are the trans fats that most of us know about. One such trans fat is called CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and is present mostly in meat and dairy foods. Research published in the journal of Lipid Technology suggests that some benefits may include reducing the risk of certain cancers and heart disease.
