Reduce Alzheimer Risk by Exercising

We know exercising regularly can help not only manage our weight, but also with other aspects of our health. Now a recent study also points at physical activity as an essential component for reducing the risk for Alzheimer's Disease even if you have never exercised before. Alzheimer's Disease affects about 4.5 million Americans, a number that has doubled since 1980. In addition, it seriously affects the life of those taking care of their Alzheimer’s affected relatives. If we can reduce this number by just exercising, let’s get busy!
