It has been said over and over and over again...moving a little bit each day will help you get healthy.

Studies now show that if you move doing any activity, 10 minutes about 3 times a day can do wonders for your health.

Doing small increments throughout the day doesn't seem so bad, right?! We seem to be conditioned to do hours of exercise at once and this becomes our excuse to put it off due to lack of time. Now knowing that three, 10 minutes sessions can benefit us as much as one full 30 minute session and still provide the same results, we may all be more willing to get moving!

I might even have to give my husband a break from walking the dogs since it can benefit me and count as my exercise. Darn!

We really don't have any excuse NOT to exercise, do we?

It's one day at a time and that's what you need to focus on; each day that you do this will make you stronger for the next!
