The Country’s “Food Police” is Shrinking

As the FDA announces the closing of half of their laboratories, lawmakers’ worries increase regarding the safety of the food we eat. And we should be worried too! With more food importers evading, by one way or the other, the watchful eye of the FDA, the scare from Chinese contaminated imports and even the use of carbon monoxide to treat meats and fish is a real concern. Who knows what we may be eating from now on!
