With the rising cost of food, it's almost hard to believe that you can buy healthy food on a limited budget. The first and most important thing to do is to make a list of everything you need and the amounts. The perimeters of the store contain the healthier foods, so start there before visiting the center. Many stores get bargains sometimes and pass on the savings to you, so look for sales. Buy in bulk, especially with expensive items like fruits. You can get a large bag of apples, for example, instead of buying individuals. If these suggestions are ones you already knew, it's only the beginning so read on and save!
