Reading this article will be very eye opening for Floridians, like myself, since flips-flops are the shoe of choice in Florida as well as other states with warm climates year round. As great as they may be, it seems that wearing flip-flops on a regular basis can cause short-term as well as long-term health problems. Not only can you suffer from a broken ankle or take a nasty fall, but if you wear flip-flops on a regular basis you may be facing long-term conditions such as chronic tendinitis or overuse injuries.

As with dieting, moderation is the key!
