Too Much of a Good Thing is Not Good, Even if it’s Exercise

We all talk about how a sedentary life can negatively affect our overall health. Well, doing too much exercise may not be a good idea either. Unexpected results from a recent study done with rats have indicated that individuals who “over-exercised” developed structural abnormalities in the heart and heart failure. Heart failure refers to the heart’s inability to pump blood efficiently causing increased fatigue and breathlessness.

Like always, the good turned into evil when done in excess.
