Good health has to do not only with your outside but with your inside as well. So aside from being physically fit, total wellness is affected also by other factors such as your stress level, vacation time, relationships and sex. The survey revealed many things, but overall nothing was too surprising. For instance, it revealed that apparently living near parks, having cooler weather, and owning dogs, increases the chances of a man becoming more active and fit. It also revealed that diets high in vegetables and seafood are part of a healthy diet. Surprise! So, where do American men fall? Well, according to this survey, the typical American male smokes fewer cigarettes and is fairly relaxed, but is not very happy in their relationships.
