A recent study published by the American Journal of Epidemiology showed that the more men smoke, the higher their risk of erectile dysfunction, regardless of whether they are healthy or not.

This study involved 4,763 Chinese men, between the ages of 35 and 74 years old, that had no vascular diseases or problems with circulation, and had been sexually active within the past 6 months. It has been proven over the years that some medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases increase the chances of erectile dysfunction, but it is the first time that this effect has been observed in healthy men.

The worst part of it is that scientists found a direct relationship between how much men smoke and their risk for this condition. In general, men that smoke have a 41% increased risk of erectile dysfunction than those who don’t smoke or have never smoked. Those that smoked 10 cigarettes per day had a 27% increase in risk while the ones that smoked 11-20 cigarettes a day had a 45% chance of having erectile dysfunction.

Don't chew that nicotine gum, or any other gum. Drink lots of water and study how to balance your diet since you will be eating more.
Also the nicotine gum forces you to go to the restroom way too much, because it has already damaged your kidneys. Just go natural! Just stop the gum. Everything will return to normal within a few days. Check it out!
