Sleep. It's Not Just for Beauty Anymore!

According to a recent study, people who don't get enough sleep (less than 5 hours) have a higher risk of not only developing heart disease, but dying from it.


There's so many reasons for our lack of sleep as a society. Work, school, and even how we “relax” can take away from precious sleep time.


Now, I do my best to get my beauty sleep every night, but I'm not always successful. I guess I'll have to try a little harder now that I know it's not just about looks! Sleep tight!
