Now that the cold season is upon us, and like most people I assume, I usually load up on my Vitamin C supply. Yet, when I found out that it doesn't really prevent the common cold, but does have many other healthy benefits, my interest was still peaked!

Vitamin C is good for building collagen, reducing the risk of cancer (which is more important than preventing a cold in my opinion) and an antioxidant, just to name a few.

So, where can you find Vitamin C? It is rich in many of our everyday fruits and vegetables, so no need to get those supplements, just get in your fruits and veggies each day...which we should do anyway.

It's one day at a time and that's what you need to focus on; each day that you do this will make you stronger for the next!
