Studies show that sugar free gum is now approved by the American Dental Association to help reduce plaque, prevent cavities, and strengthen teeth.

Although it is not a complete substitute for your daily oral regimen of brushing and flossing, this is a good way to help dental health between meals.

As an avid gum chewer, as well as my kids, I find this great news! Next time I won't feel so bad when I offer them a piece of gum.

Sugar free gum is no good! I damages the kidneys, causing frequent urinations. When you're not eating, you shouldn't be chewing. I suck on a wooden popsickle stick. Maybe, you can suck your finger(s). Not too much....
