We Can Finally Have Gum AND Good Teeth!

Studies show that sugar free gum is now approved by the American Dental Association to help reduce plaque, prevent cavities, and strengthen teeth. Although it is not a complete substitute for your daily oral regimen of brushing and flossing, this is a good way to help dental health between meals.
As an avid gum chewer, as well as my kids, I find this great news! Next time I won't feel so bad when I offer them a piece of gum.

Sugar free gum is no good! I damages the kidneys, causing frequent urinations. When you're not eating, you shouldn't be chewing. I suck on a wooden popsickle stick. Maybe, you can suck your finger(s). Not too much....
