A new study is out that proves college students who do not pull all nighters and actually plan their time efficiently are getting better grades.

When students stay up all night, their thought process can be hindered due to caffeine and sleep deprivation, and when they take their exam they do not do that well.

The key is getting adequate sleep. Students who are rested are better able to retain the information and will see the positive results in their work.

We addressed how sleep is so important for kids, new moms, etc., but the student population in college is also a demographic that needs to be addressed. Since they are working toward their degrees and ultimately their careers, having good time management skills will only help them succeed...and this has to include a decent night's sleep.
