I blogged earlier that obesity rates were not improving, and it is has continued to grow and grow after the past two decades, but finally Americans are not adding to the numbers.More and more Americans seem to be taking their eating and exercise regimens more seriously. And this is great news, as these are the few things in our life that we control, but can easily abuse.
We just need to “think” about our long term health, and how we eat and exercise now will help enhance our chances for a healthy future.
