Relax with Yoga for Your Face

Feeling a little self-conscious about those worry lines or wrinkles? Surgery sound too scary?


Well, ditch the creams and Botox and take out your yoga mat. Facial yoga is the newest anti-aging craze!


The theory behind it is that stretching those facial muscles can tighten them and reduce wrinkles. This new yoga may also help those with injuries, like partial facial paralysis.


Attend a class and you'll be introduced to various exercises with yoga-like names such as the “Smiling Fish”, the “Marilyn”, and the “Satchmo”. I actually found myself doing the “poses” as I read the article. Curious?
