If you like to treat yourself to a massage often, wait until you hear the benefits! You will not want to give it up!

New evidence shows that massages help to relieve stress and diminish pain after surgery. According to a study conducted in Chicago, it was discovered that a 20-minute massage given for four consecutive days, reduced pain after surgery in their patients. The only downside is that your nurse might not have time to give you a 20-minute massage daily.

Not everyone likes to be touched and there are other alternatives such as music and relaxation techniques. But if you do enjoy a good massage, the benefits definitely outweigh the cost. It can help to relieve anxiety by raising your body temperature and relaxing your body and mind. Last but not least, it reduces lactic acid build up in your muscles, which helps to improve your blood circulation and mood-boosting endorphins.

Absolutely right! It's a loss for those who said," I don't like to be touched". It's also an indicator for how happy you are in life, on job, and for relationships. The more you need the massage, the more adjustment you should have to do. I used to have an annoying job. I felt I need a massage daily. Now? I can go without it if necessary. But of course, when I am near bymy favorite spa, I will certainly take advantage of the great experience. I just love it. I also like to encourage everybody give it a try.
