A new study shows that you can improve your baby’s cardiac health when you exercise throughout your pregnancy.

I find this new study very interesting. Now pregnant women can keep exercising to better their own health and that of their baby’s. Mom can get fit for delivery AND stay fit to lose the weight afterwards...definitely a win-win situation!

Make sure to consult with your doctor to get their OK before starting your exercise regimen.
