Here at eDiets, we're a big fan of cake. Sure, we're all about healthy living, but we're always up for a good excuse to eat cake. It's your birthday? Cake! It's your last day? Cake! It's Wednesday afternoon? Cake!

We're suckers for cake, and we know we're not alone (to make us all feel a little better, you can find a healthy cake recipe here). So we hope you enjoy our Top 10 Reason for Eating Cake list as much as we enjoyed creating it!


Top 10 Reasons to Eat Cake!

1. You can sneak a finger-full of frosting when no one's looking.

2. Because cookies were sooooo last week.

3. It comes in personal-sized versions -- cupcakes!

4. You cannot decorate a pie.

5. Cake calories don't count... Do they?

6. Sometimes strippers jump out of cakes!

7. If you switch around the letters of cake, you get "food from Heaven."

8. CAKE FIGHTS!

9. It gives us a reason to hit the gym tomorrow.

10. Because sugar highs are legal!

Love Cake? Try Entnnmann's Ultimate Super Cinnamons, cinnamon buns. The box says" serving size 1/2 bun. I dare you not to finish the other half at one sitting.It will keep you Happy all day!!! Warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds, (no longer because the icing will melt and burn)It's simply scrumptious!!!

Cook 1 sml box of chocolate pudding with low/non-fat milk. Stir it into a box of chocolate cake mix, pour into a 9-11 pan sprayed with Pam. Add walnuts and chocolate chips to the top and bake at 350 for 30 min or until center is firm.

Cake is usually representative of a special day. And even if it is not a special day, having a piece of cake will make it special.
