When was the last time you fantasized about a slice of healthy cake? I think it's safe to say that the answer is never! Let's face it. No one dreams about a healthy cake with ingredients like wheat germ, flaxseed and wheat flour. So, whose bright idea was it to make cake healthy? Do we really think it contributes to a healthier life style? We all know that cake is not exactly in the healthy section of the food guide pyramid.
So here is my solution: Have a slice of cake occasionally, and enjoy it. Savor each bite knowing that you only do it once in a while, and save the wheat germ and flaxseed for your cereal!
