You answered yes to question 3:

3. Are you always on-the-go or skipping meals throughout the day?

You might be a Meal Skipper. Meal skippers do just that: They're often so busy that they miss out on meals throughout the day, which can lead to overeating when they do have time for a meal. By skipping meals, your metabolism slows down, which kills your calorie-burning potential.

If you're a Meal Skipper, here's what you can do:

-- Rearrange your schedule. Easier said than done, but if you can do it, it'll pay off for your health.

-- Eat breakfast. Even if it's cereal on the go, you should have a morning meal. It revs up your metabolism for the day ahead, and studies show that having breakfast can have a big impact on weight loss.

-- Carry snacks with you. Portability is key if you lead an active lifestyle. Always make sure to have a healthy snack handy to avoid starving yourself during the day (and overeating when you get home).
