You answered yes to question 4:

4. Do you eat fast or have big portions at every meal?

You might be an Overindulger. Overindulgers tend to overdo it at dinner (and other meals, too!) because of larger-than-life portions. They wolf down their food instead of chewing it slowly, giving your body little time to signal it's full. This can contribute to overeating, which means extra calories.

If you're an Overindulger, here's what you can do:

-- Divide your meals up. If you're used to eating huge portions, cut the portions in half. That way, you can have smaller meals throughout the day to curb your hunger.

-- For snacks, opt for individual-sized bags instead of large ones. Many companies sell small "snack packs" that are ideal for portion control.

-- Get support. It's much easier to control your cravings if you know you're not alone. One way you can find support is through the eDiets community, where members share their experiences about weight loss.
