You answered yes to question 5:

5. Do you tend to eat more when you're stressed out or experiencing strong feelings?

You might be an Emotional Eater. Emotional eaters tend to have a specific food they crave when experiencing negative emotions -- and it's usually unhealthy! Here's what you should do:

-- Deal with the stressor. What's bugging you? Family? The economy? If possible, attack the problem head-on. If you can't, limit their impact with these de-stressing tips.

-- Go for a run. Studies show that cardio can help decrease feelings of anxiety or worry. Need some cardio routines? Click here to see some workouts by our Chief Fitness Pro.

-- Try healthier alternatives. Instead of that pint of ice cream, try a tiny piece of chocolate instead. Even sugar-free treats can be enough to calm your cravings.

-- Be patient. You're not going to control your emotions overnight. But with patience and the above tips, you can wean yourself off your trigger foods.
