You answered yes to question 1:

1. Do you eat your biggest meals at night or snack before going to sleep?

You might be a Midnight Muncher. Moonlight munchers tend to eat their biggest meals before going to bed. Sleeping after eating doesn't do your waistline any good: You're burning fewer calories than you would exercising or staying active. Here's what you can do if you're a Midnight Muncher:

-- Eat five smaller meals instead of three big ones during the day. That way, you'll fight off hunger and prevent overeating.

-- Distract yourself. Read a book, watch TV, call a friend -- just stay away from the fridge at night!

--Hide the junk food. If you keep snacks out of sight, you're less likely to feel cravings -- and act on them.

-- Drink water! Sometimes, it's not hunger you're feeling. Drink a glass of water and see if you were just thirsty.
