I began eating most of the foods on this list about a year ago. I researched what my body needed, then chose what I liked. I have lost 38 lbs. I still desire to lose another 25 lbs. I will by eating these good foods I like, makes dieting pretty easy and easy to become more healthy. My 1st goal was to feed my body the vitamins and minerals and supplements naturally needed. Secondly, for me it was essential to have more fiber and low carbohydrates to lose weight. I found whole wheat wraps, very good and nutrition acceptable, almost anything can be wrapped and made into a low carb, high fiber meal. Don't forget to exercise too to get the most benefit and drink your water. Peace ;0)
