5. Soy: Soy is the total package, rich with vitamins, minerals, plant-based omega-3s and disease-fighting phytonutrients. Is tofu just not for you?

Well, there are many other ways to incorporate soy into your diet.

-- Soy milk is a great alternative to dairy.
-- Try a soy protein shake.
-- Eat soy nuts as snacks
-- Some cereals have soy-enriched ingredients.

I love soy milk and tofu very much... but one dayy, i read an article saying these superfoods will make you big.. some people says i'm getting big... does she sound correct? please tell me more about soy.

Soy!! You gotta be kidding.
This is one of they most thyrotoxic foods their is and why hypothyroidism on the increase and being an increasing cause of weight gain, there is nothing super about soy.
