How do I know that eDiets can work for me?

I love this question! And there is no better time than to check us out and give us a try!

Hi Pam!I am 40 yrs old and I love to eat junk foods.But, the problem is that recently I am becoming fatty and any type of heavy work has become impossible for me.PLease suggest me the way out.

Hi Francois,

The goal is to try and learn to eat healthy foods and in the proper portion controlled amount, so you do not gain weight.

Having snacks is OK, as long as they are part of your daily eating plan.
