When does exercise tend to get sent to the back-burner?

During the hectic holiday season for sure. Decide now how often and how much time you will dedicate to exercise. Write your exercise appointments into your schedule at least one week in advance.

Exercise will not only lower blood glucose and help you manage your weight, but it will also provide an energy and mood boost and much needed stress relief which can help you successfully navigate through the holiday while also enjoy yourself.
