Sometimes the video comes up and sometimes it doesn't. If the video shows on page one by the time I get to the other page I get a blank screen. What's up with that?

This is a good quick workout routine for abs. One key to abs is doing cardio, something many people ignore.

Amazing! Thank you for coming right out and showing the truth. ab machines do NOTHING! and seeing this, its awesome. Usually I see work out videos and all their moves are halfway impossible and they have a spotter. Well I don't want my wobbly bits nausiating any of my friends! Finally a work out I can do without having to have some one point and giggle. And they won't be any longer. I feel it working already!

raphael. Marry me and whip my butt into shape!!! lol jk. I am 20 and a new mom and I have been doing this for three weeks now. I just went from a size 14 to a size 7. With just this, running in place and jump roping. And eating better ofcourse. I never new it was this easy. No one tells you its this easy. WELL IM TELILNG YOU ALL ITS THIS EASY!

While performing these "2 Mnutes to Tight Abs!" Exercie, I am experiencing a severe pain in ribs, especially during night hours ! Could you suggest me alternate exercise please?

Your article was wonderful, honest, and informative. The video is great too.....but I have neck and back problems, and don't think I can do those moves. Are there any modified exercises that will still help the abs?

I love the execise shown in the clip. One ? I have strong ab muscle but I have fat build up on stomach on top of muscle, It is from Medication I took. I am no longer taking this medicine now but I can't seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions.

Awesome quick workout. I love using it in my classes. Please stress to your readers that they shouldn't wait until they lose their fat to start firming and strengthening their abs. Start the workout now and also work on healthy eating and cardio at the same time.

The ab exercises really work, my problem is this. I'm in good shape, run five miles on a treadmill at 7.5 to 8 doing a mile in about 7:30. I can't get rid of the wrinkles around my knees. I have never been overweight what will help??

This routine looks like an excellent addition to anyones training program. I have also found that if you work other major muscle groups that raises your metabolic rate(ie. lunges, squats, free weights) then it can help burn belly fat as well.

When I was younger and not so out of shape, I could do these excercises. Have any of you ever dealt with a genunine fat, and older person? Do you have any idea how difficult it is to just get on the floor, let alone get up? Come on, get some real & well needed tips for people like me! Standing exercises maybe?

Can you please make video's to all the excercices. It's much easier than trying to workout with your head in your laptop waiting for the next instructions. Very effective and does the trick. Some more for the arms and ''love handles please''

The video kind reminded me of the eight minute abs routine VHS tape I got. With all seriousness I do these exercises.

The only thing that I do not care for is that it does not include a lower exercise. I just think that people put too much emphasis on abs instead developing your core.
