I always tend to do really well for about a week and a a half but if no results come of it, i find myself diving into a box of cookies or ice cream... I need instant gratification and unfortunately there arent many diets that offer that.

You go Shawn - I like your enthusiasm! But, your form on the crunches was really bad. Don't have someone hold your feet, keep your elbows back and your chin lifted to the ceiling. You were straining your neck and that's not good. I really like your bunny slippers, and washing your hands in the restroom is always a must. Good Luck and keep up the hard work.

Sadly, I find myself 'training' like Shawn - even more sad: I have no aspirations to be a 'champ' - I guess I am more a slogger than a blogger... blog on Shawn!

Well I have read several of your blogs on ediets, you need to stick with them. But I enjoyed the laugh.
Good Luck on winning the belt, because I know you have some tough competition.
