It's easy to get excited about losing weight, but actually getting motivated to do something about it is always the hard part.

There's a wide world of excuses out there, and we're bringing you this two-part series of how regular people -- just like you -- busted through their toughest ones to reach their weight-loss goals.

In Part 1 of our Overcoming Dieting Excuses series (don't miss the video below!), Justin S. looks at a "before" picture of himself and realizes, "Well, that guy right there had a lot of excuses."

Justin talks candidly about the real-life issues that caused him to lose weight and lose motivation. He originally lost 47 pounds, then gained it all back when his "world was basically turned upside down." He:

...had a baby
...sold his house
...moved in with the in-laws
...ate a huge Italian dinner every night (pasta, bread, desserts…)
...had 3 kids under 3 yrs. old living under the same roof
...kept his weight equipment all packed away

Can you relate to any of the "excuses" Justin had? After two years, Justin realized he couldn't blame his weight on anyone else, and got back to work. He's now lost over 60 pounds, and his story is not only inspiring, it's one we think many of you will be able to relate to.

Check out Justin's story in the video below! (then click here to see Part 2)

Just like Justin realized, at some point you just have to get your butt in gear… If you're ready to put an end to your excuses, get started today and lose the weight for good.
