Editor's note: Be sure to watch the inspiring video below!

Whether it's technically an "excuse" or not, simply never actually getting started is something that a lot of people who want to lose weight deal with.

In Part 2 of our Overcoming Dieting Excuses series (see Part 1 by clicking here), we see how Cathy tackled some more common problems dieters encounter:

-- You have no idea how to get started.
-- You simply never actually start (I'll start Monday, after Christmas, after my birthday...).
-- You don't know what you should be eating.

It wasn't until one day when Cathy had her "aha moment" while looking at a picture of herself at her heaviest -- "I was able to sort of temporarily step outside of myself and see myself as other people might, and I really recognized, 'Oh my God, there is really a problem there.' "

Got excuses?
Watch the inspiring video below. Cathy lost an amazing 115 pounds (nearly a whole person worth of weight!), and her story will inspire you to actually get started...

If you're ready to start losing weight, we're making it even easier by giving you 25% OFF! Start changing your life today!

What is the point of putting the motivational videos up if your gonna charge to join a diet program? I mean there are people out there that see it and wish it could be free. There are reasons there are people over weight they don't have access to a free weight loss plan.

Don't blame the fact that people have to pay for a diet plan for the reason they are overweight. They are overweight because they choose to be. You think if it were free everyone would be skinny?....WRONG. It's called proper diet and exercise, not a free diet plan. Besides, do a simple google search. There are plenty of free programs out there if you're that concerned. These people at ediets need to get paid somehow.

Please don't say if it were free, people wouldn't come. I have been on a diet half my life, it is so hard for some people to loose weight! I'm the weigh more than I ever have, it's almost impossible for me to loose, I cannot exercise due to my health, my doctor said just five pounds is all we want you to work on, if more doctors would be like that, more people might feel like trying. I have now lost 17 pounds, and it is HARD! Don't condemend if you haven't walked in our shoes!
