I am an oldie but goodie fan, since I am an oldie but Goodie women! I work out to Donna Summer's "Last Dance" and the Little River Band's "Night Owl". Al Jureau's" Mornin". To be honest also, I am going on 59 but I love to dance to The Pussy Cat Dolls
"Don't cha"---it makes me feel even younger and healthier but, of course, all my exercising does. Thanks for letting us have some input into the songs, picked or not, I will still do my walking, I am a walkaholic! I have MS--don't know where or why I got that from, but it has a purpose for me and I, in turn, make that purpose work for me in getting the word out to exercise and to stay healthy and upbaat,so anything UPBEAT for anyone is good for the soul. Walking is the heartbeat of the soul for me. God Bless you all and enjoy this beautiful Fall day; I know I will- for I will be walking to my tunes on my ipod, and enjoying this life I have.
Best regards and warmest wishes to all. Susan Gustafson

Susan Gustafson, the oldie but goodie women.
