2. Which has more saturated fat: chicken with the skin or steak?

b) Steak! Although skinless poultry is a great choice for those trying to limit saturated fat, gram for gram, sirloin and chicken with skin have the same amount of saturated fat. Since the skin of the bird contains the fat, eliminate it for a leaner meal.

In your explanation the steak and chicken with skin had same amount of saturated fat, thus neither answer would be correct to which has more.

Not true! A 100g chicken thigh with the skin has 2.88 saturated fat, chicken wings with the skin 3.71 and sirloin 1.68 grams of saturated fat.

Your answer is EXTREMELY misleading. Not a fair question. Makes me think the author of the question is just trying to promote an agenda.

Yeah-- that's not a fair question. It's like asking, "Which weighs more: a pound of feathers or a pound of steal?" One can't be right if they are both the same.

no point in continuing this quiz since it doesn't make sense to say they have equal amounts and then say one answer is correct
