6. Brown eggs are more nutritious than white eggs.

Brown, white or speckled, the color of the egg is a reflection of the hen's breed and doesn't say anything about the nutrient value or freshness of the egg.

Generally, this is another MYTH, since the brown eggs if they taste good, are generally more tasty to me. I like to get them when they are not siting on the ground a long time. Taste normally means worse for health, but I like this one more.

Brown eggs are more tasty to you. And this is evidence that they are worse for you. And on this basis you claim the author is wrong?

Eggs' nutritional value can be effected by their feed. I can't wait to raise our own eggs this spring so that they are fresh and yummy! No corn fed chickens here!
