Diet Myths #9
9. You should avoid eggs if you have high cholesterol.
False. Eggs are not only healthy and delicious, they have been called the perfect food. In one cute and convenient package, you get vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats. Eggs contain about 200 milligrams of cholesterol; however, current research says that dietary cholesterol is less important than saturated fat when you're trying to regulate blood cholesterol and eggs are very low in saturated fat.

Your the same people who said eggs are eggs are eggs, so I like to get the fake eggs which have no added cholesterol so they are all bad except for the no cholesterol kind

I like eggs, always ate eggs with yolks, and always will. Don't care what the latest nutritional flip-flop said.

No way - having problems with cholesterol, re-adding eggs to the diet is definitely not going to be something I do based on very conflicting and more believable info I have read elswhere. Skipping the yolk also helps you reduce calories. I'll find those nutrients in much healthier forms elsewhere, thanks.

The problem is that most people overeat on eggs. "Eating eggs" doesn't mean having one a day. Instead, it's a three egg omelet, and maybe a hardboiled egg on the salad....
Everything in moderation.
