Donna notes that she didn't do any of this alone! She immersed herself in a number of Support Boards. She was and continues to be an active participant in the Ultimate Challenge and on the Exercise and Fitness Boards. She says that other members, her friends, help keep her going

during those times when her motivation wanes a little. The challenges feed her desire for
competition and provide a sense of accountability, an atmosphere she's found she flourishes in. Donna is a Mentor as well, she says she really thrives on providing support and inspiration to others along their journey.
So what's next for our champion? Donna's next goals include losing another 20 pounds to get into a "normal" weight range for her height, and in doing so she hopes also to become a faster runner, since she is looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon! With patience and determination, we know she'll get there!

It's stories like yours that I need to hear. I have been starveling with weight for yrs. I recently found out (7months ago) I am a type 2 Diabetic. Since finding out I got really motivated and some how have fallen back from being motivated. I am getting ready to turn 30 I have started working getting my motivation back. It's baby steps but since diagnosis I have managed to get my diabetes under control now it's just keeping it that way. Thank you for the inspiring story.
