Meet Lindsey!

Lost 22lbs.
Unsurpassed online support keeps Lindsey coming back!

Lindsey joined us in early 2008 at her highest weight of 172 pounds. She used a combination of our online and Fresh Prepared Meal Delivery programs to lose 37 pounds! Wow!

Unfortunately, life snuck in and threw Lindsey some curve balls and she gained some of the weight that she had lost back. But Lindsey is a fighter, and her spirit and determination make her a success in our eyes, so we brought her out to share her story with us!

Lindsey is back on the Fresh Prepared Meal Delivery program and fighting her way back to her goal weight of 135 pounds! With less than 15 to go, she’s well on her way and she’s already looking gorgeous and feeling great, and she says part of what keeps her going is all the support she gets from eDiets.

Lindsey has participated in several of our online Challenges and has used all of the information and resources available on the site to her advantage. She loves that she can speak with a dietitian whenever she needs, and she can consult with other experts almost on the spot!

Leave a note and cheer Lindsey on to the finish line, and don’t worry, you haven’t seen the last of THIS Fresh Face!

that's great, i'm happy for lindsey. but it also takes money to lose weight. sorry to be such a downer but if i could get a job and have money i could lose weight too.

Good job Lindsey – if you want what you've never had, you must do what you've never done. Kick it and get that junk off.

To Anonymous: it doesn't take money or a job to lose weight. Go for a 30 minute walk everyday. Work out with milk gallon jugs (refill with water afterwards). Do crunches, squats, isorobics and you'll lose the weight. That's what I'm doing AND losing weight.
You can do it… I know it.

Ediets, please, please tell us how tall your success story clients are. It would so help the readers see the full story! Why is it that nobody in the weight loss business thinks the height is not important to mention every time. A weight means nothing without a height to attach to it. Thanks for listening.

You're doing great, Lindsey! Keep on, keeping on and don't let up this time! Remember, though, that maintaining once you've reached your goal should be a whole lot easier, girlfriend!

Sorry, Anonymous, but it's true….money doesn't buy determination or stick-to-it-iveness. Lindsey's meeting this goal "head on", and I know that even if you don't have much choice in food selection, you can definitely do what I'm having to do and eat less while focusing on drinking more water and staying active. Why, even while we're at our computers, we can be doing "tush squeezes", leg lifts, tummy tucks, etc…..Are you game?
