Healthy Dining Restaurant of the Month: zpizza

Of course I did, but another mention is necessary! I love those unrefined whole grains!

Pollo Latino Sandwich
Right off the bat, the Pollo Latino Sandwich has a great start with wheat bread! Wheat bread provides more vitamins, minerals and fiber than white. With great-tasting marinated lime chicken breast on a bed of lettuce, topped with fresh salsa and avocado, you can’t go wrong! Not only is the sandwich low in calories and fat (215 calories and 2g of fat), but you are also getting 2.5 cups of veggies per serving! For those of you looking for something a little lower in carbs, this sandwich can help you do just that (plus, it’s high in protein).

California Salad
For those of you who want to eat something a bit lighter than a pizza or a sandwich, salads are always a great choice. You’ll enjoy ripe avocado, red onions, crisp cucumbers, fresh tomatoes and savory black olives atop a bed of mixed greens. This meal is cool, perfect for summer, and will definitely hit the spot. Not only is this salad delectable and healthy, it also contains 36 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber to help you stay satisfied. With only 6 grams of fat, you can feel guilt-free the rest of the day!
