Hi Raphael,

I recently purchased your Boot Camp DVD. I love it, but I would also like to do some of your other exercises that you have referenced in some of your articles. I am looking for a source of your videos where you have someone like Cathy actually performing the exercise as you critique the form and give us tips.

I am a visual learner and can’t always follow the written word as well. And I like the demonstrations so I know I am performing the exercises correctly.

Is there a source of videos like this for all (or as many as possible) of your exercises? I have found some on YouTube but am looking for others that I haven’t found there.

Thanks so much for your helpful instructions. I am 53 and have never liked exercise. But I do now because it makes me feel strong, which I have never been in my entire life!

Take your time performing the exercises and focus on precise form. The better your exercise form, the more you’ll see results in both your strength levels and muscularity (firmness).
