Like breakfast, but don’t have the time to make a proper meal? It happens. You don’t have to resort to the vending machine to start your day. Instead, try this treat that that is an adult version of a childhood favorite.

The Fiber One Fruit Flavored Toaster Pastries I tried were delicious. Disclaimer: I used to eat PopTarts like they were going out of style. Then, I found out they weren't very good for me, so I switched to something better. Plus, these have 20 percent of your daily fiber, which should keep you full until lunch.

I tried the Strawberry and Blueberry flavors (they also come in Chocolate Fudge and Brown Sugar Cinnamon) and they were sweet, but not too sweet. It's a toaster pastry for grownups. So, toss the old tarts and upgrade to these healthier pastries. It's a quick, tasty treat you can eat for breakfast.
