We know it can be tough to get all your recommended fruits and veggies in every day... so we're always happy to help out some easy ways to make sure you do!

Our test crew recently had to opportunity to sip on a new juice that might just be your answer: CherryPharm All Natural Fruit Juice. It's 100% juice -- not from concentrate -- and, believe it or not, they actually cram in 50 whole tart cherries per bottle!

The makers say it can help lessen pain and speed recovery, is loaded with antioxidants and can even help you sleep better. Here's what our testers had to say:

Shawn McKee, staff writer:
The first sip of CherryPharm is quite tart – almost startling. But after you get past the initial tartness, it’s pretty tasty. It tastes like the cherry compote desert from the Salisbury steak TV dinners I used to eat as a child. So, if you like cherries, you’ll probably like this. Although, it’s pretty high in sugar at 28 grams for an 8 ounce bottle.

Geoffrey Anderson Jr., copy editor:
It was love at first sight: CherryPharm, an all-natural cherry juice, ended up on my desk -- I love cherries. Too bad it wasn't exactly love at first taste; the first gulp was tart-overload and it didn't get any sweeter. Cherry Pharm has been clinically proven to speed recovery after exercise, so if tart is your thing, this may be something to try out.

Glenn Mueller, eDiets contributor:
Would George Washington still have chopped down his father’s cherry tree, if our nation’s first President had only known that those small, fleshy fruits would one day be used to produce a healthy beverage like CherryPharm? I think not! The taste is rather tart, but I guess that is to be expected of a drink made from 50 whole cherries. But if life is really “a bowl of cherries” as the famous idiom tells us, than drinking Cherry Pharm provides an opportunity to swallow the very essence of life. And what’s more, you don’t even have to worry about breaking your teeth on the pits.
