Weight-Loss Challenges
Why participate in a Challenge?
If you haven't been involved in a Challenge, you might not understand all the hype about them. Our Challenge groups are quite popular and are terrific for motivation and support. The reasons are:
-- Challenges are wonderful for meeting fellow members and forming support networks.
-- They help you to get -- or stay -- on track with your plan and make progress toward your goals.
-- They keep you motivated and enthusiastic to succeed!
-- They help you learn more about yourself and to look at other things in your life besides weight loss and working out.
-- They're fun and also somewhat competitive (in a good way)!
There are a half dozen challenges to choose from and they range from three weeks to eight weeks in length, so the best thing to do is to visit each group and choose the one that most interests you. All the challenge groups are listed on the Groups page in the Community.

"This was my first challenge, and I will definitely continue on! The support team did a great job of putting together the weekly challenges and bonus challenges.
