All-Natural Breast Lift

Perk up! You can go from sagging to stunning without costly cosmetic surgery. Just give yourself a lift with my five timely tips for better fits.

1. Make sure you’re wearing the right size bra. Studies show that eight out of 10 women sport the wrong cup or band size.

2. Firm breasts and tighten skin by mixing one teaspoon of vitamin E oil with one tablespoon of yogurt and one egg. Massage into breasts then wear an old bra over the mixture for at least 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

3. Lift pectoral muscles supporting breasts by bending forward from waist with abs tight. Pick up a pair of 5-pound free weights, then cross and uncross arms in front of your body. Do three sets of 10 crossovers.

4. Exercise number two: try to hold your shoulder blades together. Work up to five sets of 10 repetitions.

5. Wear a bra! The chest muscles don’t provide enough support to go braless. You may be surprised but many celebrities even sleep in a bra!

Is it ever too late to start. I am 38, and no one told me this. Were always told to take off and relax, but I will be passing this along to other woman young and old.

    Thank you.

Sleeping in a bra is bad for you though, as it compresses your lymph nodes for even more time each day!

I’m kinda lost here about the sleeping wearing a bra. My OB/GYN recommends never to sleep wearing a bra due to greater risk of developing breast cysts and nodules. She emphasizes to wear some kind of support during the day but the ladies must take a rest for a few hours. I do believe that if you exercise specially to tone the breast area it will help a lot. And as always, good posture is key.

Where does it say to sleep in your bra? I don’t think it implied you had to wear a bra 24 hours a day.

Do push-ups also help build the pectoral muscles to lift breasts? Or are the cross-overs better?

Ladies your body needs exercise and the chest muscles will respond to a weekly routine. The pec/back and arm weight training routine will lift and sculpt without surgery, the trick is to commit to a good routine twice a week, maintain the best posture at all time, the reward is to be able to get that bra off when the day is done! I’m 53 w/36D and when i lay down the girls do not fall into my arm pits, but i am dedicated to a cardio and weighttraining regiment so my body can look good even past 60yrs old.

It doesn’t say to sleep in a bra.

It merely says that wearing a bra can help tighten the area and that celebrities (who always go too far in the name of looking good over being healthy) are so convinced of this that some even sleep in a bra regardless of health issues.

I can vouch for the exercise portion. I’ve been working out for 3 years and the girls are looking better!

I agree with Peaches, working out will help. I have worn a bra at night (looser than normal but still giving support) and at 58 it does feel like it helps too. I have been working out with weights and back and arm exercises have made me stronger in general.

Has anyone tried the toning solution in the article?

Does anyone know how many time you are supposed to do that firming mixture?

Try wearing a sports bra to bed (maybe a size bigger than you would normally wear), that way it’s comfy and it doesn’t squeeze the girls too much, just keeps them where they ought to be!

If you’re worried about your lymph nodes and all that, something you could try is breast massage. There are a lot of methods that improve breast health.

Also, while I’m here, and talkin’ about breasts, I think it’s terrible that people are so commonly recommending that we all drink wine for good health these days– without this extra tip for women: Women should take a folic acid supplement if they drink alcohol, as drinking reduces the amount of this mineral that our breasts get. This leads to a greater chance of developing breast cancer. If you’re a drinker, please look up the facts about alcohol and breast health.

I wonder if the vit E mixture would also help with tightening of other parts, like thighs and stomach? It would be worth trying, I believe!

I am not sure what the shoulderblade excercise is. Also when you do the one with the crossover and benfing forward are your palms in or out?

Didn’t say to sleep in a bra. It just said to wear one, in otherwords don’t go walking around without one. and only mentioned that some celebrities sleep in bras.. didn’t say for you to sleep in bra.

there is no gravity pulling down your breasts while you sleep, therefore, it is pointless to sleep in a bra. You only need a bra to defy gravity, and that would be while standing. when you lay down, they lay flat. DUH.

how much days i hv ti follow message of my bust bcoz it gort loose bcoz of weight lose so howmuch days i need to follow n how do i message my bust n howmuch time i need to do message n wt’s yougurt?

  • Shelley

I personally find it waaaay more comfortable to wear a bra when I sleep. Otherwise they always seem to get tugged and pulled as I roll over. As well the persperation that occurs under and between a set of buxom breasts is nasty and usually results in some kind of pimple. I can't see why flopping around in bed is better for you? I seem to have missed that theory somewhere.
