Growing up, I always enjoyed a glass of Welch’s fruit juice. Apple juice, grape juice, fruit punch – you name it, I tried it. There was always a bottle of the stuff in the fridge.
As I got older and a little more calorie-conscious, however, I stopped drinking it – too many calories and too much sugar. So it’s been years since I’ve tried a Welch’s juice, but it looks like I might be making room in my shopping cart soon.
Welch’s recently introduced a line of juices that’s perfect for those of us counting calories. Welch’s Diet, available in three flavors (Berry Pomegranate, Peach Twist and Black Cherry), packs loads of flavor in a 10-calorie drink. I tried the Berry Pomegranate and its goes down smooth and tastes great.
And unlike other diet drinks, this actually tastes like the flavor written on the label, just a lighter version. Sweetened with Splenda, Welch’s Diet is a great fit if you’re looking for a sweet fix without the calories or sugar that comes with regular juices. Ultimately, it’s a refreshing drink that should help you add some healthy flavor to your diet.
