Q-To what areas do you deliver?

A- eDiets Meal Delivery is available throughout the continental United States! We ship all orders via FedEx delivery to your home or office.

 

Q-I'm picky. How does eDiets cater to my unique tastes and specific nutritional requirements?

A- With eDiets, you always have the option to change your weekly menu and make it your own. If you'd like to swap your flatbread pizza for lasagna, that's fine with us. You can customize your weekly menu from our wide selection of meals to ensure that you receive your favorites from a wide variety of menu options. All meals and program menus are designed and approved by our staff of dietitians to be portion-right and calorie-controlled so you can enjoy all the variety.

 

Q-How is the food heated?

A- All eDiets meals come packed in microwave-safe containers and can be re-heated in as little as 1 to 2 minutes. Detailed heating instructions are included with every meal. You can eat the meals directly from the container for easy cleanup. Or if you prefer, you can transfer the meals to a regular dish for a more traditional presentation.

 

Q- What if I will be out of town during a scheduled meal delivery?

A- In order to make any changes to your delivery schedule, please call customer service at 1-877-968-7343. We will need a minimum of 72 hours notice to modify your delivery schedule.

 

Q- What if I go out to eat?

A- Our 5-day meal delivery plan options offer the perfect balance or structure and flexibility for those who eat out frequently as part of their lifestyle. If you choose our 7-day plan and eat out occasionally, you can save your eDiets meal freshly in your refrigerator for up to 10 days (and up to three months in the freezer). While eating out, be sure to remember proper portion sizes. Think of your eDiets meals as a guide, and if a restaurant serves you something larger, request a to-go box and pack away any extra before you start eating.

 

Q- Can I drink alcohol?

A- Your daily plan is specifically tailored to your nutritional requirements. If you choose to drink alcohol, limit intake to no more than two drinks a day for men and one a day for women. (One drink is 12 ounces of light beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of liquor.) Alcohol intake increases your calorie intake and may inhibit or delay weight loss.

 

Q- Do I need to be home to receive the meals?

A- No. The meals will be left for you in a sealed weatherproof cooler and will be safe and cool when you arrive home. Though a few hours on your front porch will not have an impact on the meals, we do recommend you choose a delivery day that will not result in an unattended delivery for an extended period of time.

 

Q- Do eDiets foods have trans fats?

A- No. eDiets meals contain zero trans fats and no partially hydrogenated oils.

 

Q- Do I have to order online?

A- You can order online or call 1-877-968-7343 to reach an eDiets representative who will be happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have.

 

Q- How much weight can I expect to lose?

A- Our program is designed for the recommended safe and effective weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week. Since everyone's body type is different, results may vary. We can help you get your optimal results from your meal delivery program with the assistance of our registered dietitians and customized fitness programs.

 

Q- Is there an additional fee for the fitness program and expert consultations?

A- No. At eDiets, we believe that meals are only part of the weight-loss equation. Including a fitness program, following a meal plan and receiving support from our experts and community will help you achieve your goals. All eDiets Meal Delivery memberships include FREE access to all the features and services eDiets offers, including: unlimited online and phone support, customized fitness plans, complete access to the community, eTools, newsletters, and so much more!
